Ok, I am building a computer that uses a dell dimension 4600 motherboard (I know it is a little old but it does the job, so don't make any comments on that) It has the onboard video. I haven't got the video card yet ( I am going to get a Nvidia 512mb or 1gb apg card) I got the case today and hooked it all up and it works great. The problem is that I cannot get the resolution out of 640x480. In the settings it has a tick under the slider bar for the setting of 1024x768, but it wont let me get to it. I could of course wait till I have the money and get the Video card, but I would like to be able to use the full settings.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
