Someone from town hall in Bridgeport has said every year for at least 5 years that those theatres are going to get fixed, but it never happens. I wouldn't hold my breath on seeing whether or not they get renovated in the next 5 years. The city makes a lot of promises but never follows through on them.

The very first time I went on a date we went to the Milford Drive In and saw The Wild Bunch.

Man I'm glad I found this site.. So many questions about stuff around town..

I too when I head to Milford I always check this location out and it's still the same.. Why did it close down anyways?

Showcase and the little dumpy cinema at the mall were shuttered when a new multi-plex was built at the Ct. Post Mall. The Showcase in Orange also closed shortly after the new cinema was built.
