I have this arguement all the time with my MIL. She only uses maragine which is nothing but chemicals. At least butter is made with natural products. Should you eat it by the pound? No but in moderation (just like just about anything) it is fine. Jay

Lobster rolls at Seven Seas are indeed fantastic and the best I've had. Another "famous" lobster roll restaurant in eastern CT that will go unnamed didn't even come close.
