Default To any Realtors or Help

I am coming home from a trip to CT and have made the determination that I will be moving there in the next 30-45 days. I need to find a place to rent in Farmington or West Hartford. I am coming back up here on July 20. I need either a townhome or condo and can pay accordingly. I need assistance from the experts here to help me find my new home. I do want to rent for the 1st 12 months and then determine if buying is my best option. If anyone has any ideas, please drop me a reply. I have looked around, and very much like Farmington, as well as the West Hartford area over near that little shopping part. I ate at what I think was called Max's Oyster bar, and really fell in love with that whole area. I am pleading for assistance. Thanks in advance.
