Default Do you need to pull permits to replace a roof in CT? (stamford specifically?)

Hi guys, i gotta replace the shingles, ridge vent, and possibly some pieces of plywood.

Do i need permits pulled for a roofer to do this?

Usually you do. I think your contractor should be able to tell you for sure. if not call the town's building department. Jay

Yes, and YOU do not pull anything...the contractor does. And, if he is legit, he will know how and where to do this. If he doesn't, find another contractor.
