That is interesting; she doesn't even posess a college degree...

She has an honorary degree from uhart...and another from unh I believe. anyway college doesn't suddenly make you a smart person...I know quite a few people with advanced degrees who are dumber than a box of rocks. Additionally there is no requirement to have a degree to perform a civil service...although it does make one wonder.

Makes me wonder and how! Give a person with no formal training the reins of the State of CT...You begin to realize why we're in the mess we're in!

Probably Lisa Moody had a degree, so I guess we're all set...
