35 minutes is pretty good. I was going to say around 45 minutes. It takes roughly 30 minutes to get to Niantic, that's using Rte 85 and Rte 161 without weekend Sound traffic.

I am not sure about commuting times, but Marlborough or Glastonbury might be within a 45-minute drive... Can anyone verify that? Good schools in both of those towns.
What do you mean by stay away from Plainfield? Are the schools really not so impressive there? What are your thoughts on the schools in the city of Windham? What about the city in general? Can anyone tell me about Windham or Plainfield?? We are relocating within the next few months and we have a child entering kindergarten this year, and we don't know where to buy! Thanks!

The Hartford Courant this morning had the results from the latest Connecticut Mastery Tests. The results for Plainfield were not good and for Windham, they were even worse. Jay
