Sorry i just read your response to condos and three dogs so scratch that idea but i have to add that I don't see much difference in snow removal in CT and Ny and I've lived in both states. The only difference is CT uses sand verses salt. Salt eats up the roads so that might be why. I live on a totally flat street and driveway so keep that in mind when looking.

i do agree taxes here are lower than they are in ny but there not nessicarily "low" in the grand scheme of things lol.
