So just to clarify for everyone... I cut people off and I side swipe them into a ditch...lol.. Just typing that got me rolling..

Sometimes the truth is boring like telling you I put my hazards on to slow him down....but I found someone here I can entertain though.

Ok, I had my fun....be safe folks...you too JV and KidYankee.. On to the next one which should be a mix again.

We know. You admitted it already. Or are we a storyteller?

Tin Knocker is the story teller. I'm told I was the entertainer. lol

More importantly..peoples roofs are collapsing, the weight from the rain and ice ontop of the snow is bad... Hope there's not a lot of damage out there.

The party seems to be over in West Hartford.

Nothing falling down. The sky is brighter, like the sun is TRYING to make an appearance. Weather.com shows 30% chance of snow showers between 7pm and 9pm, but nothing before and nothing after.

Phew! (I hope.)

But Let me guess, you would just pass him not caring about his speeding. lol
--------------------------------

I wouldn't care whether he was doing 20 or 80, as long as he doesn't run into me, I could care less how fast or slow he was going. Cutting him off makes a dangerous situation even worse. What kind of truck was it?? A regular old pickup truck or something like that or an 18 wheeler?? I hope you realize if it was an 18 wheeler they can't stop on a dime like a regular old honda or saturn can. Back last semester when I took the train up to Danbury, the conductor used to drive one of those fuel tankers for mobile. If someone slammed on the brakes in front of him on a hill (especially that one on 34 near Stevenson dam) he would get stuck there because he wouldn't be able to start up and get up the hill. He would need like 5 or 10 yards or something like that in order to break in time. Plus, if those fuel tanker trucks are filled with fuel to capacity, thry can weigh up to 84,000 pounds. Can't expect an 84,000 pound truck to stop on a dime.

Luckily for you and other people on the highway, there wasn't an accident that was caused because it could've been a lot worse.

Are you gonna talk about that in the CT weather thread or start a new topic?? Gonna stop up in Amherst, MA on Friday night before going up to Plymouth, NH on Saturday. Will I have trouble comming back Saturday?? Should I just stay up there and drive back to CT Sunday??
