Hi!

I used to live in North Haven and there was a store that sold electronics and appliances, much like Circuit City or Best Buy. I cannot for the life of me recall the name of this store.

It was located at the corner of the I-91 on-ramp and Universal Drive past P.C. Richard's (old Circuit City). It was in the same building where Raymour and Flanigan and Longhorn Steakhouse are.

Does anyone remember the name of this store?

Thanks!

Hmmm... I'm pretty sure it wasn't either of those. Tweeter was in the smaller store where Longhorn is now. It was where Raymour and Flanigan is right now.

How long ago are we talking about? Could it have been Crazy Eddie's?

The name doesn't ring a bell. It closed in the mid-late 90's. Not sure when it first opened as I moved to North Haven in 1995.

OK, my final guess is Lechmere. Mostly because I couldn't remember their name either.

Lechmere was a Massachsetts based store that sold electronics and othe home goods. I use to love it and was sorry when it closed back in 1997. Here is a linnk to some information on the store chain. Jay
