Thought I make this a 2 part deal.
DMV: I want to share my experience at the DMV. I Renewed License, changed address, took new picture, filled out a survey to praise the employee there. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Totally shocked. Was such a smooth process that was stress free. The employee was focused on what he was doing as opposed to BS'ing with another employee. This is now 3 times I have a great experience with them. I tell all my friends and family in Westechester and they hate to hear it. I remember waiting in the infested White Plains and Yonkers DMV for hours.
Sprint: After all my posts with reasons why I am still with them since 1996, the message I got yesterday leaves me no choice to leave them now.
:::From the Weather Channel::: "We are no longer able to offer SMS messages on the Sprint/Nextel network and will suspend service on 4/12. For more mobile products and apps, go to weather.com" I dont care how much credit they offer me... Its now time to go based on not being able to get weather alerts via text.
