Default Cope Manor? PLainville, CT

More than 60 years ago, my family lived at in an apartment in a renovated barn in Plainville, CT, built by John Cope. It was called Cope Manor. Does anyone know if this still exists? Thank you!

Default Cope Manor

When my wife was born, in 1938, her family lived in Cope Manor. Am I by any chance writing to her brother, David? Her family name was Thurber. I've been unable to locate the place currently. HSC,CT
