its ok to wonder what a 'valid post is'..... believe me I 'migrate' to the other New England states here- and the OP was ok. I see some pretty weird stuff on other forums- I did ''transfer' one post here today from CT to the pets forum, since the poster had problems with their cat. I do have my limits.

With all due respect to Rich and the other agents here, this is not a question for a realtor—it is a question for a lawyer. I would be weary about answering that kind of legal questions on a forum like this.
