Default Kids Activities near Westport

I have just moved to town with a two year old son. What are some attractions to keep him busy on a rainy day?

There's a great children's museum in Norwalk called Stepping Stones Museum.

The Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk is usually a big hit with kids too. I took my nephew when he was 2 or 3 and he absolutely adored the otters there.

I took my daughter to the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk and Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport. They are both interesting and worth the trip.

For a 2 yr old I ditto the suggestion of the stepping stones museum, I would suggest getting a membership, as it can get pricey and the kids love to go again and again. I did the membership when my DD was 3 and it was worth every penny, we went about 2x a month, she never got tired of going! There is also a playground out the opposite side of the parking lot from the museum, so on nice days you can go there too and make a day of it!
