Of course not. He doesn't exist today.

Just some quick pics... Was in Newtown this morning... Amazing difference between coast and just a few miles inland (30miles). Trees more noticeable changing... I gotta imagine Northern CT has moderate colors now.

Not sure if this was a road that got washed out and the water never receeded but the Enter sign is fooling me.

It looks like all of those trees were dipped in fruit punch.

For some reason I used to really hate the fall, but I actually learned how to enjoy it and I really love it lol
You'd be hard pressed to find people who don't like the colors of fall. People who don't like fall don't like the clouds that come along with season or the fact that the changing leaves are a harbinger of death for plants and warmth. If the leaves changed while the temperature remained 78° F year round, with constant sun, and the leaves never fell off the trees or browned, I think we'd be hearing a different tune from the autumn haters.

Pretty much the same here in the New Haven/Shoreliner area - the leaves are still a deep green.

You might see some color up in the higher elevations of the Northwest Hills of Connecticut/NW New Jersey – but otherwise I think it will be a good 3 weeks before most of Connecticut see's the leaves change. The 65 F humid, rainy nights aren't helping either. We need a good solid 7 days of cool nights to really get the colors moving. At this point, that seems about 2/3 weeks away weatherwise.
