And wait... Don't you love it when the traffic is like the above and you are trying to merge from the on-ramp and the idiot wont let you on??

REALLY?? you think I really want to try and get ahead of you?? I'm stuck in the same traffic as you.. ONE.. ONE car length is not going to be a big deal.

And while I'm ranting.. why does the DOT wait till the last min to tell drivers about I would guess major road work?? They are doing some type of work going 95.NB from now until 7/13 from I think it was 9 PM to 5:30 AM Now to be to work at 4:30 AM I have to plan at least maybe 1 hr and a half earlier because I'm sure only one lane is going to be open at the time.

Sorry but ConnDOT is very good about letting people know of major work. Just read the newspaper or check their website. Jay

Jay you seem to know a lot about ConnDot. I am wondering if you know if there is any sort of timeline on the bridge project. I hear soon they will be switching highways over to the new bridge. How are they going to configure the merge from 91? Does anyone know?

Accident Alert. Seems minor. Between Exit 26 & 25 Southbound.
Traffic heavy from Exit 28 to 22.

Good luck.

Sunday 2:45pm June 17, 2012

Text message from friend coming up for Barbeque:

"what is with this traffic here? It was like we crossed the border into California, is there a red light up ahead"

I thought that was comical yet sad. He's never up this way

This is the picture he just sent me on I-95..
