No. There are truck/vehicle accidents and fires in the Stratford --> Orange stretch very often...FAR more often than Route 8. To suggest otherwise, AND to suggest that it takes longer to clear than 95 is pure hogwash. If anything, it's exactly the opposite.

It's not rocket science. Quadruple the vehicles = more incidents. Period.
