We just moved to NY (Bronx) and we would like to know if we can rent an apartment in connecticut that would not be too far Bronx where my husband is working. What is the name of the city closest to bronx thanks

Greenwich is closest, and probably the most expensive town in the whole state.

Stamford may be a more affordable option than Greenwich, but I am not sure what you are looking for (prices, schools, amentiies, etc.). I would consider towns in Westchester County. Not sure what you are looking for but there are many nice communities there. Check the New York Boards for more information and ask about communities there. Good luck, Jay

How much does it cost to rent a decent two bedroom apartment in Greenwich or Stamford.

Renting in Greenwich isn't that bad. A friend does it and honestly apartments aren't priced much different from downtown Stamford.

Politically Byram is Greenwich, but in everything else it feels and looks different in a good kind of way.
