Hello all,
I've been doing some searches here and see that the overall opinion about Waterbury is "don't go"...lol but I'm looking to move into a condo or townhouse in that area. Could anyone give me some suggestions on any? So far I've looked at Mark Lane, Hamden Ave, Oakville Ave and Industry Lane..trying to get familiar with the area so any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

Try the byam area (deerfield condos and one other i do not recall) quiet area in wtrbry on the corner of cheshire/wolcott. Close to shopping of E. main (2 mall- 1 under construction and another already finshed AKA brass mill center) and rt. 322/meriden-wtrbry tpk. I am not sure if there are any listings in "those" complexes. (Funny part is it is accesible from roads in cheshire and wolcott rather than waterbury!)

What is your price range?,
You should see wolcott, prospect, and naugatuck all good neighborhoods in close proximity (max. 10 miles) to wtrbry with decent condos/townhomes for under 200k.

The other ones are at Countrywood Hills.

Thanks...those are some of the areas I'm going to be seeing next week. Price range is about 150...Waterbury so far works.

I suggest Countrywoods as well and Victoria Court(I believe it is called) on Madeline street. The condos in the Ornoke area are nice as well.
