Apparently they've got locations in NH, hamden, Branford, Guilford, AND Madison!!

Who knew! Hopefully they make one in Fairfield

Nope, just starting at $1200. Sounds like he’s trying to be competitive. If anything maybe it’s related to the 8-30g zoning exception but the article doesn’t mention that. That’s a case where it’s not low income, but “affordable” and is based on the median income of the city. I haven’t heard of anyone doing that in New Haven, but some developers have been taking advantage of that law in Milford to bypass zoning.
