Aig Fp was London based. Some ops here in Wilton, but not sure how that reflects on the town? Spurious correlation. Did we handpick the subsidiary to conduct business here? Laughable. Have they been convicted as a corporate entity?

Also appreciate the math nit. I'm starting with 100 base so 200 would be twice the rate etc. more than one way to skin the cat or numbers in this case. Guilford is a beautiful shoreline town. I'm just pointing out that crime is Higher which may detract from a laid back atmosphere.

Where do I start? Do I find our response acrid? No. A bit crass, but that only helps to validate my thesis around shoreline vs landlocked attitude.

As for AIG, I'm not a defender just stating the facts. They are certainly not without sin. Although their most serious transgression would be assumin a normal distribution when in fact fat tails exist. I don't dispute their role in the financial crisis although I would digress that they come ahead of Fannie, freddie, community reinvestment act, mortgage brokers, banks and most importantly, buyers in the housing crash.

My calculation was copasetic. But feel free to continue to badger.

I'm sorry that you aren't happy with your situation in life. Maybe forever alone? All of the "brilliance" you interjected on previous posts is lost once you resorted to ad hominem attacks.

Wilton more laid back than Madison? Huh? Wow, has Madison gone through some mega-changes since I have been gone a few years??

Care to elaborate?

That sure isn't how I remember Madison!

I have relatives in Madison and spent time as a kid in Madison, and I always had the impression that many people who live in Madison are very impressed with themselves. That Madison confers some type of "status" on its residents, and that it is so much better than a town like Branford. Thus, $40 daily beach passes for non-residents and an attitude that one would expect in certain towns in lower FFC.
