Has anyone else been experiencing this problem, if you have Verizon?

It happened to me two weeks ago, and now it happened again starting yesterday. But I can't even access the internet or any online-enabled apps through my Verizon phone. The mobile network is experiencing an outage. My phone is pretty much useless, except for talking and texting. Even here in the Berlin area my phone can't access the web.

I spoke with a Verizon sales rep at a local store and he said that about 50 people came into his store with the same problem. Apparently, he said that the Verizon tower on Talcott Notch mountain is having issues working properly, and they are working to fix it ASAP.

All I can say is

I'm sure Verizon is working VERY hard to fix this problem - give them a break! Let them do their jobs.

That's what you told us when we all had no power after the storms.
