French near Branford? (New Haven: living in, clubs, activities)

Default French near Branford?
Hello Everyone,

I've been living in New Haven for the past four years and recently moved out to Branford and am loving it out here. I'm from a French Canadian background and wanted to know if anyone knew anything about any French Clubs or other French oriented get-togethers relatively near the Branford area. Are there any French speakers around?

I don't have any personal experience with this organization, but there is a chapter of the Alliance Francaise in New Haven. They are very well known and have lots of activities. Here is a link to the website:
