JJina: The Tappan Zee (and commuting by car) is hardly the only option if you live in Rockland. Bus into Port Authority. NJ Transit into Hoboken? Lots of options, although I agree that none are on par with Metro North. I'm just trying to be a realist based on the budget.

She said she wants an hour commute. Nobody in Pearl River gets to midtown in an hour.
