North Street and Grassy Plain are both 121. Excuse me for using incorrect semantics, whenever my friends use that road to get back to the Seymour area, they refer to it as Grassy Plain.

You're seriously arguing to the point where you're isolating the south stretch of that one road? There are numerous neighborhoods in Oronoque with just as small lots. This is an absurd exercise.

I'm not isolating anything. I listed properties that are in the NORTH west quadrant of North Street. This falls within your area that you cited. The "south" stretch of North is at least a mile away.

It was suggested that Milford might not be the shangri-la some feel it to be.

It is the very south end of the area I was citing. North Stratford has plenty of denser neighborhoods so I'm not sure what your point is. All of the other streets I cited are mostly 1 acre+. Saying "/end" doesn't mean any valid point was made...

Don't know where that was suggested besides the OP's first post. Merely pointing out obvious misconceptions.

if theres one thing u should keep in mind when moving to milford its the traffic on 95. if ur looking to go anywhere at any time of day on 95, forget about it. its a parking lot every single weekday south in the morning and north in the afternoon for 30 miles from greenwich to stratford and it usually continues past milford

That has not been my experience. 99% of the time it clears out after Exit 27 in Bridgeport at rush hour. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've hit traffic in Stratford during the morning or evening commute.

Exit 40 to New Haven can be really slow in the afternoon rush hour though, especially on Friday afternoons in the summer.

The exception to all the above, of course, is off-hour construction.
