Oneco is a part of Sterling, CT, which is in the most rural part of the state near Rhode Island. I personally don't know much about it, which means it's likely a small, quiet town with not much going on.

Litchfield county is more rural than eastern CT, actually, which has an interstate highway with significant development along its corridoor. With that said, Sterling is a cute small town out in the middle of nowhere, but only 15 min. away frmo an interstate.

You're right:

Litchfield County: 206 people per square mile
Windham County: 231 people per square mile

That said, Sterling is pretty far out with not much going on.

Ohh. Is it better to actually live IN Sterling, or is Oneco a better part of town?

You know, you posted all of these same questions back in May and June of this year. Why don't you just go back and find all those posts and read them over. All these answers are just repetitive of what was already asked and answered.

To find your old posts, just click on your user name in this most recent query. It will show you where to go.

There is no difference in any part of Sterling / Oneco. It's all pretty much very suburban/ rural. The whole town, while spread out has less than 4,00 people. The Oneco section has the town grade school . There is no Sterling/Oneco high school. Most students to to high school in Plainfield.

Here's city-data's extensive info on Sterling. It's long- keep scrolling down as you read.

Good luck

Why do you keep posting these threads?

Oneco? Route 14A?
Rt 14a
Pick a town in eastern CT
Oneco Market
Sterling?

Then you deny looking to live there and are just curious.

Sorry man, but it seems odd!

Because the OP has asked this question several times in other threads, I am closing this one down. JayCT, Moderator
