Aspetuck Village Condos
does anyone live in this complex...is it nice?
Does anyone know if its ok to buy into a condo in this complex but NOT live year-round..in other words just use i as a getaway.

I have been in a couple of units up there that I think would be ok for a getaway, but you should go up there and look to form your own opinion. I don't think it would be a problem not to live in it year round, since I have seen a good amount of the units available to rent, but you should check with the HOA for more information.

I haven't been up to Aspetuck Village in years, but it is a nice condo complex in the somewhat rural Huntingotn section of Shelton. It is near the small convenience shopping of Huntington Green and not too far from the more diverse shopping on Bridgeport Avenue.
I can't see why you could not buy there and only come on weekends. It is no one's business what you do with the unit once you buy it, as long as it does not break any of the Association rules or bother the neighbors. That is true of most condominiums. Jay

I think rchase is talking about Aspetuck Village in New Milford, located just outside of downtown.
