I was completely unaware that she committed suicide in October 2012. Such a nice girl. I went to school with her (we both attended Stamford Public Schools) and while I was not a close friend, pretty much knew who she was.

Such a beautiful and accomplished woman to end like this... doesn't makes sense.

RIP

Sounds suspicious. No criminal investigation?

This happened back in October with no new information since then. Sad, but I'm not sure why a thread was created on it.

I read about this on nypost.com the day after it happened. There are a lot of late 20 something girls that do this that I have read about. Surely, it isn't her success, but could it be relationship problems? RIP.

How did they determine this was a suicide?

I, too, am curious as to how they determined it was suicide? Was she found to have used any drugs at the time of incident?

Also, super-outgoing and sweet individuals still have their own insecurities. She may have been masking her internal emotional and psychological issues behind the facade of a life-loving extrovert. Again, I am curious if there have been any developments since that October 2012 story. Perhaps details haven't been publically published, at the request of the family?

Professionally and academically, it's not everyday that you meet someone who got an M.B.A. from NYU's Stern School WHILE working at IBM. It's a very unfortunate death for someone so young with unlimited potential to continue achieving greatness in life.

Deaths are not ruled suicide unless there's concrete evidence to support it. If she felt from the roof at 8:30am, she either jumped on her own will or someone pushed her. I'm sure the police looked for evidence if there was someone who could have pushed her, with videos, or screaming, force entry, evidence of resistance with the attacker.....etc

The fact that she probably had no reason to be in the roof at 8:30am and no evidence of someone pushed her, probably supported that it was suicide.
