If you follow 138 a few miles further it takes you to I 95 to near Norwalk and Westport, just a few miles to the east if you take US 7. The saving grace difference is this route may see lighter traffic- the best way to see this, us drive it, if at all possible.

I agree... I will have to make a couple of trips using the various options before committing to a move.

The train idea is interesting as well.

I don't think the Super 7 will decrease your commute time. You will be coming off the federal rd exit to get to rte 133. The Super 7 benefits if you were living in New Milford.
