Default Where is Eastwich?

Is there an Eastwich bay/sea port town in Connecticut or the East coast?

No, not on the shoreline in CT- there is a town of Eastford in eastern CT.

There is a Mystic Seaport in CT. There is a Sandwich Mass. There is an Eastport Maine.

Thanks Skytrekker. Long ago I worked in New York and I was invited out to Connecticut for the weekend. I think I drove for around 1 1/2 hours or more and got lost. I recall a (then) small
seaport town that had a backdrop of small yet upscale "shops"
I had a feeling I had been there as a little girl. My family had lived near New Haven, and the Long Island Sound. I thought it was called "Eastwich" There may have been a boardwalk, some sailing
vessels, and probably a Yacht Club. any ideas? Do you know where
the Hull Yacht club is? Mother also lived in Terrytown. Can you send a link to me from google? Do people in Connecticut use google?? Thank you in advance for any comments or info.

It might have been Westport, which is just to the west along the shoreline of New Haven.
Greenwich has a Yacht club I believe. There is also one in Branford.

I am confused- 'Google' what? A specific town?

it might have been Westport. I think it was North of Greenwich. I sure could use a decent map of the shoreline of CT! Thank you for your reply.
