A doctor friend of mine suggested a few years ago that I open a personal health account and that I contact Golden Rule. I found out then that Golden Rule would not insure California residents.

No political rant here; the Post asked about health care JV- I gave the costs- and feel I have a right to protest the costs- no 'political party' was singled out- but if you want my opinion-
both political parties are to blame .
How is that for being bi partisan? And giving a moderate and fair answer?
