The 465 is just for you right? That is a healthy nut to pay along with a 1500 deductible. Is this 465 just to cover catastrophic illness?

My friend who is a broker in Westchester said I should get a license just to take advantage of the associated health insurance rate.

Yep

those are the costs! The USA says it is ok to send billions overseas to 'rebuild' other nations- but does nothing here for Americans who have paid taxes forever.
The $465 pays for catastrophic illness- Blue Cross Anthem are vultures.

A doctor friend of mine suggested a few years ago that I open a personal health account and that I contact Golden Rule. I found out then that Golden Rule would not insure California residents.

Can someone who pays their own way tell me how much they pay for a family of 5?

Family of five? Nope unless you pay $15-20K a year. Remember we have to keep the Insurance companies/drug companies rich and their shareholders. Oh well.......

No political rant here; the Post asked about health care JV- I gave the costs- and feel I have a right to protest the costs- no 'political party' was singled out- but if you want my opinion- both political parties are to blame. How is that for being bi partisan? And giving a moderate and fair answer?

However, I give the 'Guvernator' in California aka Arnold Schwarzenegger credit for doing something.
