I've lost it 4-5 times since I moved here in August. At least 2 times it was not storm related (and we had no power issues), and one of those times it was at least 12 hours that it was down.

Before I moved here I had Cablevision and FIOS and I can't recall one time that it went down in the past several years (and certainly not multiple times in a 6-month span).
