A bunch of CT towns were just mentioned on TWC for their snow totals (all > 12")--Lisbon, Yalesville, Milford, North Branford. I see the upper edge of that band now creeping up towards Hartford...

Your friend is right. The plows haven't even bothered down my street since daylight. They'll have a few feet of snow (some of it from the drifts) to dig through before morning.

Just did a half snowplow, at least a foot in Guilford, but whatever is coming down now is wet and heavy and not snow. Just nasty.

'pouring' snow now in Mtown. already 7" on top of the cars and a few more in between. and this is the weekend i had to have a sore back. may have to keep the car out there til Spring.

Almost an entire season snowfall in one storm. This is not good. We'll be digging out until Sunday. Piles will be obstructing views. Good luck guys. Keep the posts coming.
