A movie called "Untitled Elmore Leonard Project" is currently being filmed in Stamford & Greenwich and I'm wondering if anybody knows where I could potentially find a shooting schedule? Would love to go watch them film a few scenes. I saw Big C filming at the Stamford mall a couple of months ago and really enjoyed it.

I don't know where you can find a shooting schedule, but yesterday they were shooting on Washington Boulevard, by the most northern building of the Saint John's Towers. They were there around 3:30pm/4:00pm.

Oh, I wish I'd known that. I would've loved to have come watch. Hopefully I'll catch them another time and if anybody happens to see them filming or knows where/when the scheduling is, please share.

Probably something you have to get lucky to see..

If you can figure out the production company or get ahold of someone on a set you might be able to get some info. Most likely the crew will be in and out ASAP.

I remember when they shot scenes from the Indiana Jones movie in downtown New Haven a few years ago. A bunch of my friends went down because they advertised walk-in auditions for extras.

Still it was very cool to see parts of Yale and NH in a movie where I normally walk and hang around.

I think there was a really good film credit for a few years that expired or was reduced somehow.

You could consider signing up with a casting company that casts for extras. I would like to do this myself. The big casting companies in NYC are Central Casting, Extra Extra, Sylvia Fay, Background Inc., and Grant Wifely. From what I've read is that it's very difficult getting in with these companies.

About three trucks full of what seemed to be movie making equipment, were parked along Greenwich Avenue, in Stamford. They are on the stretch south of I-95, on the way to the Southfield and Dolphin Cove neighborhoods. I don't know if they are going to be filming there or if they were finishing a filming session, but I passed through there about an hour ago and it seemed as if they were unpacking all the stuff from the trucks, including the typical lights used in movie making.

Hope you read this in time.
