You are totally wrong about WFSB Fairfield County (3.4), they have all ads from area sponsors that dropped Cablevision. So tell me why WABC-7 blacks out Live! in Fairfield County but WFSB is not allowed to black out WABC in New Haven County? Why do these crap NY channels that have no interest in CT want to control it?

They still have WFSB Fairfield County? I remember getting it in Stratford when I had Cablevision, but could never find much difference from the regular feed, other than some local ads. I've had Uverse for 4 years in Wilton and get the regular WFSB feed. Strange.

now i hear Cox cable is dropping WTNH. a google search shows that there's a history of disputes between the 2 parties and now Cox wants to drop them again. as stated, i'm not a big fan of WTNH but i am a fan of some of ABC's programs. what are we gonna do for an ABC channel now? never heard of a cable provider who didn't offer at least one channel from each of the big networks.

True they have local ads and the weather and school closings are geared for this area. Only bad thing is you don't get closings for the Milford schools like Platt & Laurelton. I heard that the Fairfield County feed is only on Cablevision, I don't know why it isn't given to U-Verse now. You should ask WFSB why, because now you don't have to watch all the upper state school closings.
