I think stylo might have been referring to the 5% listed for places like Greenwich not the 15% for places like new Britain...meaning in reality the spread isn't 10% its the full 15%

I'm not surprised the numbers are slowly creeping higher. People are starting to bare the weight if Obamacare and increased taxes along with commodities inflation/increases. We're on a precipice...anyone who has studied history knows this type of environment breeds revolution so if we thought the...it's a good thing we live in a modern society. Look at Cyprus...restricted a bank run but people still took out all they were allowed...

Oh and people (often middle class working people) not being able to afford soemtimes even basic health care doesn't breed revolution? Why do people act like health care reform was created out of a vacuum and was simply some scheme to "get at" business or something? There's a reason it happened. I wish those who knock health care reform would propose something better that is not the pre-Obamacare "status quo" and not just make blanket statements.
