I just turned 18 and I want to get a non-drivers id, as I need it to get a job. However, all I have is my birth certificate and social security card. The website says I need things to prove where I live, like a bill mailed to me, but I don't have that as I've never paid bills before! What do I do?

Go Back and read the list- under # 3 - forms that they will accept

If you're in school, they will accept a school record which shows your address. Ask at the office.

If you're not in school, they will accept an envelope mailed to you via the US Postal Service. Go get an envelope, address it to yourself, stick a stamp on it and mail it to yourself.
