Default brookfield v. newtown

we are still looking started in brookfield now seeing some very good deals in newtown....how do these towns compare? please help. thanks san fran to CT

Both towns are very nice with very good schools, though the class sizes seem a bit higher than I would recommend. Either town would be an excellent choice. Jay

I think they are more similar than different. Both are geographically large enough that you might significantly affect your commute time by choosing a house location; that might be enough of a factor to dominate.

I think if you find the house you like at a price you can live with in either town you will be okay.

Whatever deficiencies I saw as my kids went through the Newtown schools were not due to class size.
