Did I ever tell you guys that I miss the way I looked at weather when I was a kid? Meaning, I miss just looking out the window and waiting and watching the weather. .... Sometimes.

So I just checked some stuff. Amazing what I miss just not looking at the models for a day. Gees.

Monday's storm trended north.
Wednesday storm trended south.

In short... It means more snow. Euro shows 3/4" liquid of all snow for Danbury just on Wednesday.

I'll go on a limb and say we will get 1-4" Monday afternoon (lesser amounts north more). 4-8" Wednesday.

I'm not going past that right now. We might have a close to foot of fallen snow in spots in CT by next weekend. Notice I said fallen..not snowpack. That's because I'm worried about ice and rain still. Euro today says we won't.

By the way.... last month was Bridgeport's 11th snowiest January on record. I threw this together to show the other years as well.

Latest GFS says this will be the snow depth by 10am Wednesday. Don't hit the panic button yet!

Remember 2 things... It's not High resolution and we need others to agree. Actually Euro agrees too.

But like I said from last week snow, rain or shine... work your plans around Wednesday.

Accuweather keeps showing this for Wednesday:
DAY: Sleet and freezing rain possible in the morning, then rain possible in the afternoon and 37 degrees.

What happened?

They must of weighed on the GFS a lot. Not sure when that was updated. Let me know what it says in the morning. I'm curious if they change it to show more snow now.

Remember I said this weekend the energy comes on shore of the U.S and we'll get better idea?... Well... weekend is here so we'll know better by tomorrow afternoon. Still not exacts but at least better idea.

I'll check it tomorrow. I know some people on here want snowmageddon but I am hoping not......
