Agree just a little. They aren't really going back and forth too much today. They are looking like Track A or C but yeah, a little shift south and we'll get a little more snow.

However, this is a non event for us. I don't see us being in the 6"+ totals so it's NOT going to be a big deal on the roads and such. I don't see B happening but I'll be watching tomorrows updates too.

If all models trend south tonight that might be the first sign towards a B track.

Personally, enough is enough. Be nice to finally start the spring transition. It was a cold and snowy winter, time to move on.
When can us non snow lovers expect warmer consistent weather?
Yeah, I'm pretty ready for Spring but I'll take a few more snow events. I'm just worried I'll see so much to do and clean once everything melts and the ground thaws.

Warmer consistent weather is happening now.. It's not teens anymore during the day. lol I think mid April we'll get those consistent 50s.

NAM18z. Something hard to forget, NAM was the very first one to see suppression with that big storm last time. NAM saw nothing for us even when it was in range like now for Wednesday.

Here's what latest NAM says for Wednesday. It looks a bit colder and has 4-9" across CT with a 10-12" bullseye.

But remember, this is based on 10:1 ratios. most likely it will be close to 7:1 so cut the totals off a couple inches.

After Wednesday/Thurday storm there will still be more storm chances the next week. Though gradual warming is expected, don't think we're done with snow. March can often feature more large scale disturbances cold air will hang although u might see temps high in 40's/early 50's low can be up to 26 degree to support snow

Another storm to watch for on the 18th. Cold air might be around for that one.

It looked a bit colder on this run and the heaviest snow axis was south more over MA northern CT.

Some of you wish you woke up to a snow total forecast like this, this morning for Wednesday.... but Honestly.. I'm done. We had a great winter, lets get rid of the snowpack now and get into Spring. Not too hot though.

Rain Wednesday should take care of 90% of the snow out there. At least for here. Not sure in the northern part of state.

Latest GFS data for Danbury. The cold just doesn't wanna go away. 18th to 26th period looks cold and look at the precip too.

Just realized Bridgeport, CT (BDR) has not had measurable precip in 19 days. Feb 18th was last time.

Islip, NYC Hartford have by a tenth or so inch once or twice in between. But it's been pretty much dry past 3 weeks
