Current temps and radar

WPC Precip amount next 3 days. So are we going to go from Top 10 driest March on record to Top 20 wettest with just 2 days of rain?? I just hate when that happens. It doesn't tell the whole story when looking at data on paper. BDR needs 3.02" to enter Top 20 wettest March.

Well, I guess all this rain will finally melt the snow mounds on my property if anything.

With the ground being so cold still, I wonder if it's going to have a hard time being absorbed.

Speaking of ground... I've been slowing tilling my veggie garden bed. Soil was very soft. I didn't find any layers frozen last week.

but Kinda hard to manually till with temps in the 30s. lol

I usually do this beginning of March so I'm running late.

And the final snow remains

Yup.. It dawned on me just yesterday. LOL! I was going to make one with the wired fencing so I look around to see if I had anything to use temporary.... whalah. Might be a permanent thing now.

GFS12z shows no below freezing temps at surface or 850mb next 2 weeks.

A couple of cold rain chances & below norm temps. Still no 60s/70s in sight.

Water temps off our coast? Well. Waters along and off the coast are below normal and still in the 30s. That should keep temps tame for a bit longer. Winds off the water wont help much. Winds from the NW have frozen Great Lakes Ice still so that wont help. Winds from the North wont help. We basically need SW winds to warm us up a lot.

First here's the actual Buoys reports.

Coastal Water Temperature Guide

Here's a look at the departures and temps. . Those waters look COLD!
