Latest GFS for Danbury. Do you guys see any 80s or 90s? Nope. Status quo. Mostly 70s during the day with some 80s popping up here and there. Dewpoints don't look bad. Not much rain in sight.

We'll see plenty of 80s tomorrow I think. (these are max/min so add/subtract a few degrees)

It on track for FL

12z GFS has more N solution. Intensification takes place over florida straits w/ hurricane landfall near miami.

It 9 days out though...No one should made a solution yet....I am sharing because it take a Gulf or East Coast track or Out of Sea.

This storm for next week

Sometimes I think they have to say that just so they don't get yelled at for hyping cold. Cause you know...cold & snow = hype but you can talk about warmth anytime and its not hype. lol
Love how that works.

As far as the tropics... lets wait till it forms. This is a CT weather thread so no point in posting a Florida hit.

There's a reason why I been ignoring Tropical systems or storms to hit here. That's because no models have shown that scenario.. I learned to trust them and understand them. There was a time big storms were happening often and I would start a thread for them a week before. lol That was pretty sick to see them 5-10 days before they happened.

Sure a couple of them busted over the winter but bottom line, I haven't seen any real threat outside winter for this area in a long time.

Here's the potential Tropical system latest model projection... Swing and away. First it was the Gulf threat, then Florida... now the fish.. Never was us.

70s in August... loving it... When we see those max temps in the 80s... always ask yourself, how long were we in the 80s for. 1 hour? 7 hours?

Current temps & Dewpoints. If it wasn't for the high dewpoints here, the 70s would feel cooler.

Still Not pool weather. I haven't heard the kids in the pool in a long time. lol

Ahhh, the joys of coastal living. Love/Hate.

Stable Airmass from winds off the Ocean = no storms. Meanwhile PA getting hit all day and even a Tornado Warning with hail dropping

Yup. That's what I'm thinking. More impressed with it next week that some had said for this week.

80s more widespread and likely next week. Should feel like August.

My pick of the week next week is next Saturday morning. Clear skies after the front, lows in 50s and max in 70s.

70s today was awesome again.

I hope the pattern isn't changing.... Please no. I'd rather have 100s in the summer than a warm winter.
