Can already see some nice lightning in the clouds down in Wallingford. Seems to be headed in this general direction.

Not severe here in southern New Britain, but still quite the vivid lightning show! Saw no downdrafts or hail. First part seems to be winding down...but that radar is showing part of a second line. That's what is worrying me.

Can you feel it?

Type of air mass most of us enjoy & appreciate especially late Spring/Summer.(especially on the coast here!) Dry.

Dewpoints in the 50s down to Tennessee, 40s in NJ & CT. 30s in Ohio Valley, Great Lakes and New England.

Snowing in Canada there.

OFFSHORE WATERS AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST TOWARD THE AREA.

NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE SUSTAINED AT 10-15 WITH GUSTS OF 20-25 MPH
AS HUMIDITIES FALL TO 30 TO 35 PCT THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPS WILL
AVERAGE AROUND 5 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.

.SHORT TERM /6 PM THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT/...
EARLY TONIGHT... POTENTIAL FOR PATCHY LIGHT FROST ACROSS THE LOWER

Summer returns Next week.

Looks like it starts in Philly Area/NJ Monday with heat.
Moves up here Tuesday.
Then widespread in the Northeast Wednesday & Thursday

Temps 80s, Dewpoints 60s.
