I don't know if I agree with you on either of these points. Bridgeport is well located and offers a lot of affordable housing in a county that needs that desparately. Danbury still has a lot of land around for development. There are hundreds of condos and apartments being built there so I doubt it will ever become a ghost town. In fact it may grow more than others and move up in its rankings. Jay

By 2025, I think Downtown Danbury will be a Ghost Town.

You can't see the forest through the trees. If i had money to invest in real estate, i'd be looking in the greater Danbury area. JMHO.
