Default Has anyone gone to La Trattoria in Canton?

How did you like the food and any favorites? Do most people dress up for dinner, or could you go in casual clothing? Thanks in advance!

Default La Trattoria

This restaurant is always busy and gets rave reviews. BUT, the night we went there the service was lousy and the food only a little bit better than lousy. Granted, they were having a wedding that night, and maybe some wait staff were "pulled" from the floor to help with the wedding, but the restaurant should have compensated for the wedding and brought in more help. Service was interminably slow, inaccurate (wrong dishes served) and some food not very hot (temperature). With all the GOOD restaurants on RT44 in the Avon/Canton area, there is no reason for me to give THIS restaurant another chance. In my opinion, my money would be better spent somewhere else. To answer your question about the "dress code"...diners were dressed from very casual (shorts) to formal (jackets and ties) in the dining room I was seated in.
