I believe most of the Danbury Ferraris, and probably the vast majority of other Danbury "exotic" cars belong to one person... David Letterman! LOL!

Edit: on a more serious note - I did not realize that it does not matter if your car is registered out of state. If it's parked permanently in CT, you pay CT car tax? At least per mayor Mark B. in this article....

I know a couple Ferraris here that are parked at least some of the year with a homeowner but have out of state plates.

Actually, this guy most certainly has the most extensive "exotic" collection in Danbury. Most likely the whole state really, seeing his collection is only rivaled by Ralph Lauren and a couple others in the whole world.

Today saw a red Lotus Elise on RT 1 in Madison.

Also, on RT 1 in Madison someone has what appears to be a white convertible Rolls Royce (with a tan top) for sale in their driveway. I drove by quickly so I'm not sure it's a Rolls maybe an old Austin.

Many BMWs are more expensive than a Lotus Elise.

I had one. It's a bargain "exotic".

Not impressed with Ferraris or Maseratis anymore as simply I've seen too many of them too often around the Stamford area. I'm surprised that I don't run into Lambos as often, that car still seems "exotic" to me. Always impressed with the Maclarens as well.
