Jay, That job loss argument is incorrect, considering many people commute from FFC to Westchester County and vice versa. Most of the employees would have done just that, so the loss would strictly be Ct income taxes and property taxes solely on the personal property moved out of the existing building. The building property tax itself would still be collected.

Job losses matter when a corp relos hundreds of miles away, but not dozens of miles away, as the latter is commutable.
