Can anyone recommend a good, reliable, rental property manager? We own a home in Glastonbury as well as a home in Florida. The Florida home is presently rented but we plan to move there in about a year. We're reluctant to put our CT home up for sale until we've "tried on" Florida for a year or two. In order to do this, we have no alternative but to rent our CT home. We have a great property manager in Florida who finds and screens tenants, collects rent, handles relatively minor problems and/or repairs, sends us monthly reports etc.
We would really like to find someone like that to handle our CT home. Bottom line - we need recommendations and your experiences with similar situations. Thanks much
