Saw on the Naugatuck news patch this morning that the old Mounds candy factory property-land is being auctioned online. Thoughts anyone?

As my first thought arises, I thought CT real estate owners were prohibited from selling real estate via online auction, but maybe it's we're only prohibited from selling real estate via online raffle?

It was in Naugatuck for over 80 yrs. Hershey closed the plant and moved the jobs to Virginia around 6-7 yrs ago. The building was torn down and lot cleared.

I'll bet some kind of developer will buy it and put in apartments or condos...

It was out near the Walmart, which is not super close to downtown.
