Even on the weekends, streets like College north of the green have parking - you just have to walk a little.

Most cities have terrible street parking.

I do think the one-way streets make it a pain to find street parking. The loops you have to make while searching are quite large.

Very true. NH is converting most of downtown to 2 way but it's going to take a while.
